As a nationally-recognized leader in advanced laboratory testing, IBR's Biomedical Services facilities are FDA-licensed, meeting or exceeding regulatory blood manufacturing and testing standards.

Donor Testing

IBR Biomedical Services performs a comprehensive menu of infectious disease screening, including confirmatory testing with enzyme immunoassay (EIA) tests and molecular nucleic acid testing (NAT). Our testing results are managed with 510(k) FDA-cleared software.

Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL)

Our IRL is AABB accredited with access to the American Rare Donor Program. From routine screenings and platelet crossmatching to the most complex antibody investigations, we provide reference lab services to life science companies that manufacture blood banking reagents.

IVF/Reproductive Medicine

IBR Biomedical Services provides a comprehensive menu of screening and confirmatory testing services, including a male and female test panel for infertility clinics and cryobanks. Hundreds of reproductive medicine organizations and clinics across the country turn to Innovative Blood Resources for state-of-the-art laboratory services, HCT/P testing, and biomedical expertise.

HPC Laboratory

Our Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell (HPC) Laboratory is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT). We serve the needs of hospitals, clinics, and other health care organizations with both HPC products and transplant-related services, including unrelated healthy donor collections for the National Marrow Donor Program (Be the Match) and DKMS.
